Cairo: Minister of Social Solidarity, Maya Morsy, will participate in the Societies of Opportunities 2025 Conference in Singapore, set for April 29-30, where she will address Egypt's social protection efforts, the Egyptian Cabinet said on Tuesday.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the Egyptian minister is expected to speak at the conference's opening, discussing the country's approach to social welfare and the country's progress in addressing income inequality.

The conference will focus on global issues such as social mobility, community development, and the role of various stakeholders in fostering opportunities for social and economic advancement. The event will also highlight Egypt's development initiatives and programs aimed at improving the standard of living and quality of life for its citizens.
