Cairo: Labor Minister Hassan Raddad discussed on Monday, September 14, 2026, with Nour El Ammarti, head of the Moroccan delegation to the 52nd Arab Labor Conference, ways to strengthen cooperation and exchange expertise in labor affairs.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the meeting, held on the sidelines of the conference in Cairo, underscored the depth of the longstanding ties between Egypt and Morocco and their shared commitment to advancing cooperation in labor-related fields in support of both countries' interests and joint Arab efforts.

Discussions covered social protection, institutionalizing social dialogue, employment, skills development, and vocational training, with a focus on benefiting from successful experiences in both countries.

El Ammarti, who also serves as acting secretary-general of Morocco's Ministry of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment and Skills, praised the strong Egyptian-Moroccan relations and stressed the importance of expanding cooperation in labor, social protection, and social dialogue.

She also commended Egypt's role in supporting joint Arab labor efforts, noting that the exchange of experiences among Arab countries is essential to addressing labor-market challenges and advancing sustainable development.
