Cairo: Minister of State for Military Production Mohamed Salah el-Din Mostafa has engaged in discussions with Indian Ambassador to Egypt Suresh K. Reddy to explore ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in the manufacturing sector.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the meeting took place at the Ministry of Military Production's headquarters in the New Administrative Capital. The discussions centered on the manufacturing, technical, and technological capabilities of companies and units linked to the ministry.

The military production minister acknowledged India's advancements in technological infrastructure, noting improvements in internet networks, data capacity, and communication quality. These developments have been significant in recent years, as highlighted in a statement from the ministry on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.

Minister Mostafa expressed optimism about the strong ties between Egypt and India and conveyed hope for continued collaboration between the two nations.
