Cairo: Mona Rizk, Chairperson of the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company (EETC), has signed a cooperation agreement with Fixed Egypt for Digital Solutions and Information Security (FEDIS). This agreement aims to establish EETC's official website and launch a digital tendering platform alongside a performance indicators platform. The initiative seeks to enhance the efficiency and governance of procedures, promoting higher levels of transparency and flexibility.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the agreement includes the development of a digital performance dashboard. This tool will display EETC's financial and technical performance on a daily basis, with data updated periodically. The objective is to enable the monitoring of performance indicators and support faster decision-making.

The agreement also focuses on maximizing the use of information technology applications and smart systems. It aims to improve the quality of applications used by employees and provide smart digital systems capable of handling data and information securely and flexibly, while maintaining confidentiality and privacy.

Mona Rizk stated that the agreement is part of efforts to modernize the company's work system. By leveraging modern technologies, the company is transitioning from traditional procedures to an integrated digital system. This transformation supports faster and more efficient performance, enhances service levels, improves data and information management, and aids in decision-making.
