Education Minister and UNU Rector Discuss Bilateral Cooperation in AI and Programming

Tokyo: Minister of Education and Technical Education Mohamed Abdel Latif met with Rector of the United Nations University (UNU) Professor Tshilidzi Marwala in Tokyo to discuss boosting cooperation in education and programming.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the meeting focused on enhancing bilateral ties in the fields of artificial intelligence and programming. Both parties emphasized the importance of integrating advanced technologies into educational systems to better prepare students for future challenges.

The discussions between Mohamed Abdel Latif and Tshilidzi Marwala also explored opportunities for collaborative research initiatives and the exchange of expertise between educational institutions in both regions. The aim is to create a framework that supports the development of innovative educational programs, paving the way for a more tech-savvy generation.
