Cairo: Minister of Communications and Information Technology (CIT) Amr Talaat met with Keiichi Yoshimura, general manager at the Tokyo Innovation Platform (TIB), to explore collaboration in digital innovation, entrepreneurship, and startup growth, as per a Cabinet statement. The meeting underscored the ministry's initiatives to foster digital innovation and entrepreneurship across Egypt through the establishment of Egypt's digital innovation centers, known as CREATIVA, nationwide.According to State Information Service Egypt, the discussion centered on enhancing cooperation between CREATIVA and the TIB, with a particular focus on supporting innovation and entrepreneurship. There was a special emphasis on artificial intelligence (AI), highlighting its importance in the evolving digital landscape. The collaboration aims to bolster Egypt's position in the global digital economy by leveraging Japanese expertise in technology and innovation.
