Cairo: The Damietta Port Authority announced that the port managed a total of 13 vessels within the past 24 hours, with seven vessels arriving and six departing.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the authority reported that the port's exports of general cargo reached 35,540 tons. This included specific quantities such as 2,418 tons of molasses, 8,125 tons of bagged gypsum, and 1,644 tons of bagged salt. In terms of imports, the port processed 13,557 tons of general cargo, which comprised 5,500 tons of corn, 1,253 tons of iron, 2,200 tons of scrap metal, and 3,946 tons of assorted goods.
