Cairo: The Ministry of Youth and Sports is continuing the implementation of its training forum for financial supervisors and trainers at youth and sports entities, with activities reaching Cairo Governorate from February 4 to 5 at Al-Sahel Youth Center, the Central Administration for Oversight and Standards and the General Administration for Standards Development said in a statement on Wednesday February 4, 2026.According to State Information Service Egypt, the forum aims to enhance financial and administrative skills, introduce the legislations and laws regulating financial work, and promote financial discipline and sound resource management within youth and sports entities.The forum is scheduled to be held in each governorate separately, targeting the largest possible number of financial managers, with the aim of developing financial and administrative performance and raising the efficiency of managers at youth and sports entities and sub-directorates in each governorate.The program includes specializ ed training sessions covering several key topics, including the regulation of contracts concluded by public entities, government warehouses regulations, as well as discussing major practical challenges, applied solutions, and exchanging expertise among participants.This comes within the framework of the ministry's keenness to enhance the principles of transparency and integrity in all dealings, and its commitment to implementing an action plan that applies the highest standards of governance across all sports institutions, ensuring optimal use of resources and maximum benefit from available capabilities. The ministry also continues its ongoing monitoring and financial and administrative inspections of all affiliated entities, as part of efforts to enforce the highest standards of oversight and transparency and to regulate the sports system.
