EgyptAir confirmed, in a statement issued on Friday 29/8/2025, that the program's services have fully resumed operation. Members can inquire about their mileage balance through the website egyptairplus.com, issue tickets for miles, upgrade their travel class for miles through EgyptAir's various sales channels, and other frequent flyer program services.According to State Information Service Egypt, the airline stated that the "miles earned" during the technical service update period were automatically added to customers' accounts in the program, according to travel dates and the program's applicable terms and conditions.
