Suez Canal Authority and ARADO Forge Cooperation Agreement

Cairo: Suez Canal Authority (SCA) Chairman Osama Rabie witnessed the signing of a cooperation agreement with the Arab Organization for Administrative Development (ARADO), an affiliate of the Arab League, at the SCA's Guidance Building in Ismailia.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the agreement aims to enhance cooperation in administrative and organizational fields and benefit from ARADO's administrative expertise. Rabie stated that the authority's comprehensive development strategy seeks to upgrade its administrative and organizational system, promote governance and digital transformation, develop human resources, and enhance its workforce.

Rabie added that cooperation with ARADO would help make optimal use of the authority's human resources to serve its various sectors by strengthening training and capacity-building programs and improving performance.

For his part, ARADO General Supervisor of the Training Sector Tarek Salem El-Bakly expressed his appreciation for the cooperation with the SCA, conveying the greetings of ARADO Director General Nasser Al-Hatlan Al-Qahtani. El-Bakly mentioned that the cooperation would initially be activated through a leadership training program, followed by the formation of a joint working team to develop a clear work strategy identifying administrative priorities and a development plan.
