Cairo: Minister of Youth and Sports Ashraf Sobhi on Friday 19/9/2025 announced the official launch of “Youth Leading Youth” (YLY) federation during a mass event attended by 2,000 young men and women at Al-Jazeera Youth Center in Egypt.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the initiative aims to empower young individuals by providing them with leadership opportunities and fostering a sense of community among the youth. The event marked a significant milestone for youth engagement in the country, with the federation set to play a pivotal role in shaping future leaders.

The “Youth Leading Youth” federation is expected to organize various programs and activities designed to develop skills and promote active participation in societal development. The federation’s launch reflects the Ministry’s commitment to investing in the potential of young people and encouraging their involvement in national initiatives.
