Cairo: President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and South Korean President Lee Jae Myung participated in a signing ceremony for several cooperation agreements between their countries.
According to State Information Service Egypt, the event included a Memorandum of Understanding on cultural cooperation, signed by Egypt's Minister of Culture Ahmed Fouad Hanno and South Korea's Minister of Foreign Affairs Cho Hyun. This agreement aims to facilitate cultural exchanges and foster mutual understanding between the two nations.
Additionally, a Memorandum of Understanding focusing on educational collaboration was signed. This agreement was formalized by Egypt's Minister of Education and Technical Education Mohamed Abdel Latif and South Korea's Foreign Minister. The cooperation in education is set to enhance bilateral relations and share expertise in educational development.
Both leaders expressed optimism about the potential benefits these agreements could bring to their respective countries, further strengthening the diplomatic ties between Egypt and South Korea.
