Cairo: President Abdel Fattah El Sisi sent a cable of greetings to King Harald V of Norway on the occasion of the Constitution Day.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the president dispatched presidential secretary Mohamed Adel Mokhtar to the embassy of Norway in Cairo to offer greetings on the occasion. On May 17, 1814, the Kingdom of Norway declared the Constitution, to be an independent Kingdom.
