Cairo: President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi sent a cable of congratulations to President of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, on the occasion of the country's National Day.According to State Information Service Egypt, President El-Sisi also dispatched Presidential Chamberlain Mohamed Negm to the Embassy of Equatorial Guinea in Cairo to extend congratulations on this occasion.
