Qalyubia: Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli affirmed that his visit to Qalyubia Governorate, his second in just one week, is part of ongoing efforts to follow up on projects being implemented across the cities and centers of the governorate. These initiatives encompass sectors such as education, healthcare, industry, and housing, aiming to accelerate the pace of work and improve the quality of services provided to the public.
According to State Information Service Egypt, the prime minister emphasized that these visits align with Egypt's comprehensive development plan, which seeks to fulfill citizens' aspirations in various fields. During his field tour, Madbouli inspected several development and service projects underway in housing, education, health, and industry.
Qalyubia, as an extension of Greater Cairo, is recognized as one of Egypt's leading agricultural and industrial governorates, known for its diverse crops and numerous industrial hubs. It also hosts significant historical and touristic landmarks, supporting the state's agricultural and industrial development efforts.
Madbouli highlighted that the Egyptian state prioritizes key strategic sectors, particularly agriculture and industry. The government is committed to taking necessary measures to strengthen these sectors across all governorates to advance sustainable development. He reiterated that these field visits are crucial for monitoring projects and taking immediate action to address any obstacles or challenges hindering their implementation.
