Hadayek al-assema: Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly conducted an inspection tour in the city of Hadayek Al-Assema to follow up on the progress of projects under the presidential initiative 'Housing for All Egyptians' and to review the level of services provided to citizens in the city. Upon his arrival, he was received by Randa el-Menshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities.
According to State Information Service Egypt, Minister Randa el-Menshawy affirmed that Hadayek Al-Assema City represents a prominent model of fourth-generation cities that the state is placing on the map of comprehensive urban development. The ministry is implementing a strategy focused on creating integrated residential communities. These communities will not only offer housing units but also essential utilities and services, such as education, healthcare, commercial options, and recreational facilities. The goal is to ensure a sustainable and civilized environment that fulfills citizens' aspirations for a decent quality of life.
The Prime Minister and his accompanying delegation began the tour by visiting the exhibition 'Bazaar Al-Kheir - Productive Hands.' Ahmed el-Araby, Head of the Hadayek Al-Assema City Development Authority, explained that the venue was established to support small and micro-enterprises and to empower local artisans in the city to market their various products. These include food products, spices and herbs, pottery, handicrafts, household items, and more. He added that the space was provided free of charge as a community contribution by the authority to support the local economy and encourage entrepreneurship.
Madbouly also engaged in a friendly conversation with one of the exhibitors, asking about the turnout of citizens and the suitability of prices. The exhibitors expressed their deep gratitude to President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, the Prime Minister, and the government for providing them with this venue, which offers a vital platform to showcase their creativity and provides a sustainable source of income for Egyptian families in the new cities.
The Prime Minister then walked to inspect the Medical Center building at Services Center (8), which is built on an area of 1,470.97 square meters and consists of a ground floor and two floors, each about 575 square meters. The center includes family medicine clinics, emergency rooms, radiology services, equipped laboratories, and a pharmacy. He directed the need for urgent coordination with the Ministry of Health and Population to ensure the center begins actual operations as soon as possible, enabling residents to receive medical services in line with the growing population of the city.
After that, the Prime Minister and his delegation inspected the low-income housing buildings project in the fifth phase. Ahmed El-Araby provided a detailed briefing on the overall executive status of the 'Housing for All Egyptians' initiative projects in the city. He explained that the total number of housing units under the initiative in the city amounts to 120,186 units, of which 59,892 units have been completed and allocated. Meanwhile, 60,294 units are currently under construction, including 54,390 units for low-income citizens and 5,904 units for middle-income citizens.

A total of 29,496 units are being delivered under the fourth phase (10th announcement), while 26,676 units are being delivered under the fifth phase (14th announcement). He added that intensive efforts are underway to complete the remaining units under construction.
During the tour, the Prime Minister directed that the remaining units be quickly connected to infrastructure networks, including water, sewage, electricity, and natural gas, to ensure their full readiness before the scheduled delivery dates. At the end of the tour, the Prime Minister praised the progress rates in Hadayek Al-Assema City, affirming that the state continues to provide all forms of support to ensure a decent life for Egyptian citizens.
