PM Inspects Progress of Work at Technological Center in Minya

Minya: Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli and his accompanying delegation inspected the technological center in the village of Tona el-Gabal, located within the village's Government Services Complex. This visit followed the premier's inspection of the pilot operation of the Canal Sugar Company plant in Mallawi city in the Upper Egypt governorate of Minya.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the complex was implemented by the Central Agency for Reconstruction as part of the presidential initiative "Haya Karima" (Decent Life) in Minya Governorate. During his tour of the center, the prime minister listened to a briefing by Secretary General of Minya Governorate Mahmoud Anis on the Government Services Complex in Tona el-Gabal.

He noted that the complex consists of three floors: the ground floor houses the technological center for serving citizens, while the upper floors accommodate the remaining service departments. He added that the complex was designed to bring together various government services in one location to ease the burden of travel on citizens.

The Government Services Complex includes a technological center for submitting licensing applications and local services through 17 service windows, including civil registry services, a post office, a rationing (supply) office, local council services, social solidarity services, and real estate registry services. He pointed out that the complex serves around 42,000 citizens, and it also provides services to persons with disabilities through facilitated procedures.
