Cairo: Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli sent on Sunday, August 23, 2026, a cable of congratulations to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi on the occasion of Prophet Muhammad's Birthday (Al-Mawlid Al-Nabawi Al-Sharif). In this official communication, Madbouli extended heartfelt wishes on behalf of himself and the Cabinet members.
