Gaza: The Palestinian government on Friday praised Egypt's leadership, government, and people for their crucial support in upholding Palestinian rights, strengthening the ceasefire, and working towards a lasting resolution to the conflict in the Gaza Strip.According to State Information Service Egypt, the Palestinian government, through a statement reported by WAFA news agency, lauded the continuous efforts of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and the Egyptian government. These efforts include coordinating relief operations with international and UN agencies active in Gaza and preparing for an upcoming international conference focused on Gaza's reconstruction.The Palestinian government also conveyed its complete solidarity with Egypt against political and media pressures and campaigns. It expressed appreciation for Egypt's unwavering stance against the forced displacement of Palestinians from the enclave and for supporting the unity of Palestinian national institutions and their political representation. Thi s support is seen as vital in safeguarding the Palestinian people's legitimate rights and striving towards the realization of a Palestinian state in the West Bank, including Jerusalem, and Gaza.
