Cairo: National Media Authority Chairman Ahmed Al-Musallamani emphasized the extensive prospects for Egypt-China cooperation, which includes areas such as culture, technology, and artificial intelligence. He underscored the importance of fostering dialogue among civilizations and embracing cultural diversity.

According to State Information Service Egypt, during the opening session of the seventh China-Africa Media Forum in Beijing, Al-Musallamani highlighted that Egypt and China, as two of the world's ancient civilizations, have significantly influenced human history. He advocated for a relationship built on dialogue and cultural diversity, rather than confrontation or the imposition of a single culture.

Al-Musallamani pointed out that Egypt's strategic location at the heart of the Arab world and as a gateway to Africa positions it as a pivotal player in enhancing China's engagement with the region. He also mentioned that Egypt's media vision is steered by the principles of 'security, peace, and development,' which are crucial for fostering cooperation between Egypt, China, and Africa.
