Minister of Youth and Sports Announces National Talent Identification Project

Cairo: Minister of Youth and Sports Gohar Nabil said the ministry is implementing a nationwide talent identification project in partnership with national institutions, paving the way for the establishment of a specialized sports academy in cooperation with Right to Dream. The academy will be professionally managed in line with international best practices to develop athletes capable of competing at both national and international levels, the minister said.According to State Information Service Egypt, Nabil made the remarks during a video conference with businessman Mohamed Mansour and Lotfy Mansour, attended by Mohamed Wasfy, Director of Right to Dream Academies, to discuss mechanisms for cooperation in identifying and developing young sporting talent. The meeting reviewed plans to implement joint talent identification programs across Egypt's governorates and connect promising athletes with professional development pathways, in line with the state's strategy to strengthen its talent development system.Nab il praised Mohamed Mansour as a model of national private-sector engagement, commending his swift response and willingness to support the national project by leveraging the expertise of the Mansour Group and Right to Dream to help develop future generations of Egyptian athletes. For his part, Mohamed Mansour expressed pride in cooperating with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, affirming that the Mansour Group will dedicate its expertise and resources to supporting the national initiative through Right to Dream's partnership with the Egyptian government.
