Cairo: The Egyptian Military Academy hosted Awqaf Minister Osama el Azhari to chair the newly formed scientific council. This initiative aligns with the directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, aiming to enhance the scientific level among the nation's citizens.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the council will focus on the scientific, religious, and linguistic development of those enrolled in post-doctoral studies from the Egyptian religious institution.
