Cairo: Labor Minister Mohamed Gobran announced disbursing New Year grant for irregular workers to all eligible beneficiaries, expressing hope that it will help ease their burdens and assist them in coping with current economic conditions.

According to State Information Service Egypt, in statements to Nogoum FM radio, Gobran asserted that the ministry never hesitates in fulfilling its responsibilities toward irregular workers, describing the support provided to them as a fundamental right, even if modest in value.
