Cairo: Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation Hani Sewilam directed the leaderships of his ministry to continue coordination with officials from the Mechanical and Electrical Department, the Irrigation Authority, and the Drainage Authority to take all necessary measures to secure water supplies to canals and monitor the levels in the agricultural drains across the country.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the directive aims to ensure that water supplies are maintained efficiently across the national irrigation network. The coordination among various departments is intended to address any potential issues promptly and maintain optimal water levels in canals and drains.
