According to State Information Service Egypt, Abdel Ghaffar delivered these remarks on behalf of Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli during the celebration of Bahrain's National Day and the 26th anniversary of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa's accession to the throne.
