Alexandria: Minister of Finance Ahmed Kouchouk announced that the upcoming tax facilitation packages aim to tackle numerous challenges by expanding the tax base and fostering a partnership grounded in certainty, trust, and quality service to attract new taxpayers. Kouchouk made these statements during a meeting with taxpayers on the sidelines of his visit to the tax center in Alexandria, where he was monitoring the implementation of the initial tax facilitation package.

According to State Information Service Egypt, Kouchouk engaged in discussions with employees of the tax center for major and medium taxpayers in the Nile Delta region in Alexandria. He elaborated on the philosophy underpinning the tax facilitation initiatives. Furthermore, the minister praised the efforts of tax leaderships and staff in enhancing services for the business community.
