Istanbul: Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty on Saturday 21/6/2025 took part in the inaugural session of the 51st Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Istanbul, Turkey. The event, spanning two days, is themed 'The Organization of Islamic Cooperation in a Transforming World'.

According to State Information Service Egypt, Abdelatty's participation is aimed at highlighting Egypt's efforts in addressing the accelerating developments and challenges in the region. The Foreign Minister seeks to emphasize the importance of Egypt's engagement in coordinated dialogues with other countries. This engagement is crucial for developing a unified vision to de-escalate ongoing conflicts, push for ceasefires, and resume diplomatic efforts to prevent further regional instability and chaos.
