Amman: Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty departed on Monday, June 22, 2026, for the Jordanian capital, Amman, to participate in the resumed 165th ordinary session of the Council of the League of Arab States at the ministerial level.
According to State Information Service Egypt, the Foreign Minister is also scheduled to take part in the consultative meeting of Arab foreign ministers, which will address a range of Arab and regional issues. The agenda is expected to cover pressing matters affecting the region, providing a platform for dialogue and cooperation.
In addition, Abdelatty will hold a number of bilateral meetings with his Arab counterparts. These discussions aim to strengthen bilateral relations, exchange views on key regional and international developments, and explore means of supporting joint Arab action. The meetings are anticipated to foster a collaborative approach to the challenges facing the Arab world today.
