Cairo: President Abdel Fattah El Sisi witnessed the aptitude tests for PhD holders from the Ministry of Endowments preachers at the Egyptian Military Academy in the New Administrative Capital. The assessment is part of a two-year scientific course that these individuals are set to join. Present at the event were Awqaf Minister Osama Azhari, the Director of the Egyptian Military Academy Lieutenant General Ashraf Zaher, and members of the evaluation committee from the Awqaf Ministry and the Council of Senior Scholars.
According to State Information Service Egypt, Mohamed el Shennawi, the official spokesperson for the Presidency, stated that the president engaged in an interactive dialogue with the evaluation committee members. During the discussion, El-Sisi emphasized the significance of the academic and training programs provided by the Egyptian Military Academy. These programs aim to develop the skills of preachers and imams from the Awqaf Ministry, along with various state cadres, as part of an initiative to reform institutions and enhance state agencies with proficient personnel.
El-Sisi also highlighted that the selection process for the Academy's courses adheres to absolute objective standards, ensuring a fair evaluation. The focus is on choosing the most capable individuals to join these programs, contributing to the strengthening of state institutions with exceptional expertise.
