Cairo: The Arab Republic of Egypt has expressed its support for the recent statement issued by the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. This statement underscores the collective Arab stance in addressing the recent attacks that have targeted these nations.

According to State Information Service Egypt, Egypt has reiterated its unwavering solidarity with fellow Arab countries and affirmed its support for any legitimate measures they take to protect their security, stability, and sovereignty. The nation condemned any attacks on the sovereignty of these states and any assaults on civilians, civilian facilities, and essential infrastructure. Furthermore, Egypt denounced any actions that could jeopardize the security and freedom of international navigation.

Additionally, Egypt emphasized the importance of upholding the sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity of states. It called for adherence to principles of good neighborliness and non-interference in the internal affairs of states, advocating for measures that support regional and global peace and security.
