Manama:Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty delivered a message from President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain. The letter highlighted Egypt's dedication to enhancing bilateral cooperation and maintaining ongoing discussions on mutual concerns.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the meeting was attended by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and National Security Advisor Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa. King of Bahrain expressed his greetings to President El Sisi and praised the strong bilateral relations, emphasizing his eagerness to further strengthen ties for the benefit of both nations.

Ambassador Nader Zaki, the Official Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, noted the exemplary fraternal relations and high-level cooperation between Egypt and Bahrain. Discussions focused on Egypt's commitment to expanding these relationships to meet the aspirations of both peoples.

Minister Abdelatty acknowledged the King of Bahrain's contributions to fostering bilateral relations in various fields. He informed the King of ongoing efforts to manage regional tensions and ensure peace and stability. Additionally, Abdelatty underscored Egypt's solidarity with Bahrain's security and stability, rejecting any threats to its sovereignty or territorial integrity, and affirmed that the security of Gulf nations is vital to Egyptian national security.
