Mali: Egypt strongly condemned the terrorist attacks that took place in the Republic of Mali, which resulted in the death of Mali's Defense Minister and caused multiple casualties. In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Egypt expressed its full solidarity with the people and government of Mali in confronting these terrorist attacks and reaffirmed its condemnation of all acts that undermine the security and stability of the sister state of Mali.According to State Information Service Egypt, Egypt also reaffirmed its firm stance against all forms of terrorism and extremism and emphasized the importance of coordinated regional and international efforts to combat this phenomenon, cut off its funding sources, and counter the extremist ideology that fuels it, particularly in the Sahel region and across the African continent, through a comprehensive approach linking security and development.The Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on Egyptian citizens in Mali to follow local authorities' instruct ions and exercise caution to ensure their safety.
