Egypt and GTO Global Partner to Attract International Real Estate Investments

Cairo: The Housing and Utilities Ministry and GTO Global are exploring a partnership to promote the country's real estate and development projects in international markets and attract new investors and customers.

According to State Information Service Egypt, Housing and Utilities Minister Randa el Menshawy met with GTO Global President Mohamed Zaza to discuss leveraging the company's international marketing expertise to expand the reach of Egyptian projects, particularly among overseas investors and buyers.

El Menshawy stated that the government is focused on maximizing investment opportunities in new cities and promoting urban, tourism, and development projects across Egypt to attract more investment and strengthen the competitiveness of the real estate sector regionally and internationally.

The meeting reviewed several investment opportunities and discussed plans to use modern marketing tools and international channels to showcase the competitive advantages of Egyptian projects. New Alamein City and the New Capital were spotlighted for their urban, tourism, and service offerings, alongside investment and property ownership opportunities.

Zaza expressed GTO's interest in strengthening cooperation with the ministry and supporting efforts to promote Egyptian projects and reach new markets and customer segments. He said the cooperation would help support investment opportunities in Egypt's real estate and tourism sectors.
