Cairo: Egypt's stock market (EGX) closed in the green area on Monday. The main index, EGX30, went up by 0.50 percent, reaching 32,015.02 points.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the Shariah index, EGX33, rose by 0.13 percent to 3,294.88 points. Additionally, the SMEs index, EGX70, soared by 0.36 percent, reaching 9,320.23 points. The EGX100 index also saw an increase, jumping by 0.38 percent to 12,750.9 points.

The total market capitalization reached 2,270,815,753,796 Egyptian pounds, reflecting the gains across the various indices.
