Cairo: Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly announced plans to expand public service delivery through digital platforms and mobile applications, aiming to streamline procedures and enhance service efficiency.
According to State Information Service Egypt, Madbouly, speaking at a press conference after the weekly cabinet meeting, highlighted directives for the Ministries of Finance, Investment, and Foreign Trade to expedite the development of digital infrastructure. The objective is to offer a broader range of direct services to meet citizens' everyday needs.
He emphasized that the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) is overseeing the Digital Egypt platform, which acts as the central hub for government e-services.
