Cairo: Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli presided over the government's weekly meeting on Wednesday to discuss a number of political, economic, and social files on the agenda.
According to State Information Service Egypt, the meeting also explored ways to implement presidential directives concerning these files. The cabinet reviewed the premier's recent tour of 10th of Ramadan City and the president's instructions to meet citizens' needs, intensify efforts to curb inflation, and increase spending on health, education, and social protection sectors.
Participants also discussed methods to control markets, ensure the availability of foodstuffs, and complete various national projects across the country. The agenda included achieving sustainable development, boosting exports, and localizing industries in line with Egypt Vision 2030.
