Born in Buraidah, Sheikh Saleh's lineage traces back to the Bani Khalid tribe. His formal education saw him studying in Buraidah and later at King Abdulaziz Secondary School in Mecca, after which he pursued higher education in Sharia and Islamic Studies, obtaining both his Masters and PhD from Umm Al-Qura University.His academic pursuits were complemented by religious licenses from esteemed scholars, allow ing him to teach and preach extensively. Sheikh Saleh's career as an Imam and Preacher at the Grand Mosque began officially in 1404 AH, following a period of voluntary service. He has been recognized as the Sheikh of Imams and Preachers of the Grand Mosque, where he conducts daily lessons on various Islamic topics.Sheikh Saleh's roles have extended beyond teaching, including serving as President of the Supreme Judicial Council and Chairman of the Shura Council. His participation in scientific conferences worldwide and his numerous published works underscore his influence in Islamic scholarship.
