Madinaty: Mokhtar Abdel Latif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI), inspected on Monday, February 16, 2026, the first production output of the Arab Swiss Elevators Company in Madinaty.According to State Information Service Egypt, this inspection is part of an ongoing partnership involving AOI, Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG), and the global company Schindler. The collaboration is focused on localizing, manufacturing, assembling, and testing key elevator components for various real estate and housing projects throughout Egypt.During his inspection of two elevators located in the B8 area of Madinaty, Major General Eng. Mokhtar Abdel Latif emphasized the significance of the partnership with Talaat Moustafa Group and Schindler. He noted that the electric elevator manufacturing project was developed through precise engineering and scientific studies, utilizing the manufacturing capabilities of the Qader Advanced Industries Factory, a part of AOI.The project study concentrated on determ ining local component ratios to ensure compliance with the highest manufacturing standards during the project's implementation phases. Abdel Latif affirmed the Arab Swiss Elevators Company's commitment to executing the project in accordance with the specified timeline while adhering to all standard specifications, environmental requirements, and maintaining an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
