Bratislava: Egypt's newly-appointed Ambassador in Bratislava, Walid Mohamed Ismail, has presented his credentials to Slovakia's President Peter Pellegrini. Pellegrini expressed his country's pleasure at the accreditation, indicating that this move would strengthen ties between the two nations.
According to State Information Service Egypt, Pellegrini commended Egypt's role in the Middle East and acknowledged its significant geographical and historical importance. The ambassador conveyed Egypt's interest in enhancing cooperation with Slovakia, particularly in political and economic areas, in the near future.
Ismail affirmed both countries' commitment to continuing coordination on regional and international issues. This collaboration aims to serve their mutual interests and address challenges posed by current global developments.
