Rafah: Egypt dispatched on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, the 185th humanitarian aid convoy from Rafah Border Crossing toward Karem Shalom crossing via Rafah’s side gate in preparation for entry into the Gaza Strip as part of ongoing efforts to ease the humanitarian crisis affecting more than two million Palestinians.

According to State Information Service Egypt, earlier in the day, trucks carrying food and relief supplies for those affected by the Israeli war on Gaza lined up outside Rafah Border Crossing before heading to Karem Shalom in the southern Gaza Strip.

The trucks, part of the ‘Zad Al-Ezza. from Egypt to Gaza’ convoy, are carrying large quantities of aid, including food supplies, flour, fresh bread, legumes, canned goods, medicines, personal care items, tents, clothing, winter supplies, and fuel.
