The Youth and Sports Ministry has received more than 30,000 applications for participating in the Senate simulation model.
There was high turnout to participate in the model, which aims to train youths, aged between 25 and 40, to be aware about the Senate-related laws, powers and competence, said Youth and Sports Minister Ashraf Sobhi.
The model also aims to qualify youths so that they could compete effectively in the Senate elections to cope with Egypt’s commitment towards Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), added the minister.
