The Minister’s remarks were given to the Cabinet Information Center. He noted that these Egypt-funded initiatives include water harvesting projects, well drilling, drinking water stations, rain forecasting centers, and dams. However, the Minister did not disclose the timeline for the completion of these projects.
Sweilem underscored that these efforts reflect Egypt’s genuine commitment to collaborating with Nile Basin countries, as their destinies are intertwined.
