“Together, we will expand the scope of the Hakim program, improve the patient experience while receiving health care, and continue to implement transformative developments in the public healthcare sector in Jordan, and this cooperation embodies our dedication to innovation and our shared vision to achieve digital health care in the Kingdom,” Farraj added.

Regarding the KHCC’s support, its Director General Nisreen Qatamish said: “We appreciate the support provided by the USTDA to enable us to enhance the level of diagnostic services for KHCC patients, by supporting the efforts of the recently established Office of Artificial Intelligence and Informatics Innovations at the KHCC, to combine the expertise of doctors with modern artificial intelligence solutions to achieve the most accurate results in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.”

ts that benefit the Jordanian people,” said USTDA Director Enoh T. Ebong, adding, “We look forward to building on this partnership and expanding a healthcare system that utilizes U.S. technology.”

“AI is transforming the capabilities of our critical infrastructure. We are inspired by its application to cancer control and are pleased to collaborate with KHCC to realize one of Jordan’s healthcare priorities.”

On Thursday, the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation will host a workshop for representatives of a number of ministries and government institutions to raise awareness of the activities and services provided by the USTDA in various sectors to serve the Kingdom’s development priorities, stressing the importance of the USTDA’s continued support to Jordan to support comprehensive and sustainable development efforts.
