UN High Commissioner for Human Rights: Air strikes on Gaza cause great suffering

Bethlehem – Ma’an – UN Human Rights Commissioner Volker Trk said that “the Israeli air strikes on Gaza are causing great human suffering.”

He said: “The situation in the West Bank and East Jerusalem is deteriorating significantly.”

He pointed out that the rate of killing civilians in armed conflicts rose to 72%.
