DUBAI: Yousef Haidar Sanqour, a member of the UAE skydiving team, won second place, scooping the silver medal in the Skydive World Cup Series (Skydive WCS) Lesce 2024, held in Bled, Slovenia. The competition saw the participation of 224 competitors representing 45 teams from around the world.
Nasser Hamouda Al Neyadi, Chairman of the Emirates Aerosports Federation, affirmed that Sanqour’s achievement is all the more remarkable with him competing against world champions, and reflects the significant development that the UAE national team athletes have achieved.
