HEBRON: Two Palestinians, including a child, sustained injuries from Israeli gunfire this evening in two separate incidents in the southern West Bank province of Hebron, according to local and medical sources.
The sources reported that confrontations erupted with the occupying Israeli forces that stormed the Al-Fawwar refugee camp, during which live bullets were fired by the Israeli forces at local civilians. As a result, a child was shot in the leg and was subsequently transported to nearby Yatta Governmental Hospital for medical treatment.
Meantime, a young man was injured by Israeli occupation forces’ live fire in Al-Arroub refugee camp, south of Hebron, according to local sources.
The sources indicated that the occupying forces, stationed at a military checkpoint at the entrance to the camp, fired live bullets at residents and their homes. This resulted in a young man sustaining a gunshot wound to the abdomen.
Emergency medical teams from the Palestinian Red Crescent transported the young man to a hos
