Two civilians killed and dozens injured in Israeli bombardment of Gaza’s Khan Younis

GAZA: Two Palestinians today were killed while dozens of others wounded following an Israeli airstrike targeting Abasan area, east of Khan Younis, in the south of the Gaza Strip.

Israeli military force carried out intense and fierce airstrikes targeting the vicinity of Beit Hanoun and Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip. However, no available information regarding any injuries.

Israeli warplanes also bombed a building belonging to the Islamic University in Gaza City, causing significant damage to it.

After midnight, Israeli fighter jets targeted an inhabited house for the Al-Zamili family in the Al-Geneina neighborhood in Rafah, east of Gaza Strip, resulting in the tragic death of nearly 16 Palestinians.

Israeli military air forces carried out intense airstrikes targeting several areas across Gaza Strip, particularly east of Khan Yunis, Al-Nuseirat, Jabalia, Al-Maghazi camps, and Rafah.

Meanwhile, Israeli warplanes continue its bombardment of the southern, central and northern Gaza Strip.

Several civi
lians are still missing under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them.

For the seventh day in a row, the complete outage of communications and Internet services in the Gaza Strip continues, due to the ongoing Israeli aggression.

This is the seventh time that communications have been completely cut off from the Gaza Strip, since the start of the aggression on October 7, noting that networks and transmission towers were damaged as a result of the massive destruction caused by the aggression to the infrastructure, and the lack of fuel due to the siege.

The number of civilians killed in the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7 has risen to 24,450. More than 61,504 people were wounded, and thousands others were reported missing under the rubble.
