The Tunisian Parliament called on Thursday to support Palestinian and international efforts to hold the Israeli authorities accountable for the “war crimes” against Palestinians. In a statement, the House of Representatives office called on regional and international parliaments and parliamentary unions to condemn criminal acts and take immediate action to end the policy of “terrorism practised by the occupying entity and the grave dangers it poses to security and peace.” The Tunisian Parliament condemned what it described as a heinous crime committed by the Israeli forces in the Jenin refugee camp, killing and injuring Palestinians and destroying their homes and the camp’s infrastructure.
