Transport minister stresses concerted efforts at QAIA

Minister of Transport Maher Abu al-Samen stressed the need for concerted efforts by the Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) management, concerned agencies, Royal Jordanian airlines and other operating airlines to enhance the services provided to passengers, especially during peak hours.

During an inspection of the QAIA to look firsthand at workflow, Abu al-Samen called for holding a meeting to discuss issues with “airport taxi” after he listened to a number of operators’ remarks. He was also briefed on the procedures that outbound travelers go through at the airport and the obstacles that may face them.
