Trade minister: Up to 350,000 visitors visited Egypt’s pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai

Minister of Trade and Industry Nivene Gamea said on Sunday that over 350,000 people of different nationalities have visited Egypt’s pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai so far.

 

A statement issued by the ministry said the Egyptian pavilion is still receiving large numbers of visitors through organized tours of the pavilion.

 

For his part, Ashraf Hamdy, head of the Egyptian commercial office in Dubai, said high-ranking official from various countries including ministers were among those who toured the Egyptian pavilion.

 

Expo 2020 is a World Expo, currently hosted by Dubai in the United Arab Emirates from October 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022. Originally scheduled for October 2020 to April 2021, it was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
